| male trying to eat but wont go far from his second lot of babies in a few weeks worried he will get weak so i put cucumber in his man cave this lot of babies seem to be common colour as dad is calico mum is long fin common | |

| I have had males with 4 lots of babies in a row. after that I took the male out for some R & R
if you are really worried then once the eggs hatch you can remove him to a spare tank or fry saver and he will be fine. | |

| hello mate i hav had this before but at night time the male will come out for feeding also when you see trappings going on the do not trap all the time they leave the cave of a night time and will go back into the cave again i have some L333 trapping at the moment and this has been going on for 2 weeks now :| | |
