| By the sounds of it they are fighting. Don't think there's any real courtship with bn. From personal experience the male sits in his cave and when he's ready he'll flair his tail out (kinda like flagging the females lol) and fan his fins lake crazy. When the girls are ready they will hang around the cave alot. Sometimes sitting on the cave, next to it or any where nearby (close enough for an ambush lol) when she is ready she will stubbornly keep attempting to get into his cave (had a female do this for over a week before male let her in) when he's ready he will let her in. Well that's just my experience with watching my bn doing the nasty lol. Even had the chance to witness my peppermint bn spawning just recently | |
