| Hi,my bristlenoses love the cave that is in a piece of bog wood that is about 6 inches from the bottom of the tank.So if this is what you refer to then i would say yes.I would also put a couple on the bottom of the tank aswell though as Bn's are all different in their preferences. | |

| My BN Male took over a bamboo cave that was in the tank 6 hours and still floating. So, I would think cave height = not an issue | |
