Hi Terry,the key is to feed a good varied diet and it also depends if you have fry in the tank.As long as you feed a good varied diet then i'd say once a week is plenty,unless you have fry as you would probably want to offer it most of the time with fry in the tank along with all the other varied foods.

Yep I do pretty much as Bristlenoses, once a week in my main tank, in at night and take it out in the morning, and a couple of times a week in my fry/rearing tanks, tend to use courgette/zucchini rather than cucumber as cucumber is about 90% water I believe, but as above post says variety is the best way forward.
