Bristlenoses Never heard the term applied to BN (there are type 2 albino in human albinos). Perhaps it refers to the cream colored "Blue Eyed" BN ? Though I believe those are a mutation of Brown BN, not albinos. Sarah

| Was that suspose to be "pink" patch or it was really meant to be pick. If so what I a pick patch, lol!? Both of mine exhibit this pink patch when feeding or otherwise in a "good" mood. My green dragon actually display the same thing.... Never knew it was a "trait." I always thought they all have some sort of patterning that changes with their moods Cool topic! | |

| Man it's too bad you aren't in the States (for this instance) because I think they must be more common here. I haven't seen any here in Florida but I got my albinos In Michigan at a private LFS who claimed to get them from a local breeder. The one I gave to my mom shows this trait more. I will ask her to snap a pic. Good luck!

| If type 2 = "cultivated form II", then, acording to Ingo Seidel, II is pinkish compering to I. IV is the fake L144 and no info about form III.

For last 2 years I haven't spent a penny on fish/fish food/etc. LFS's store credit - I'm regular supplier for 2. Problem is - my trio breeds in my show tank. It's easy to catch the fry when they're 3 weeks tops, later they get smart. I had to build the traps to catch the ones I missed without demolishing the tank. What I found interesting, male lets both females hatch eggs at the same time!
