| Hi all I Have just discovered that my peppermint pair has spawned in my tetra community tank. I guess this confirms I have a male and female now. Haha. The male has since abandoned the cave and eggs so I have put them in a tumbler and hopin for the best. A very good surprise for me none the less. Now Im just waiting for my commons to STOP breeding or atleast give it a rest so I can put the pepps in a tank on there own and hopefully keep em breeding. Cheers | |

| Great job axle- you lucky bugger, how long have you had the pepps? If the male has kicked the eggs out the cave , treat them the same as common eggs and you should be right. J

| Thanks guys. It really got me by surprise as I have had them since they were about 3cm. Now they are about 2yrs old. If I had of known there was eggs I would have been a bit more gentle when I did the gravel clean and water change. these peps are easily spooked. I guess its a good thing I have had a practise run with the commons first up. Cheers | |
