Hope ur sitting have few questions  Smile

I am contemplating getting 4 x L134's about 3 cm

Firstly what is a fair price In Adelaide ?

Secondly I was going to keep them in the same tank as my LF commons,

Its approx. a 5ft 400lt tank, currently housing 7 lf, 3m 4f, a couple of batches of fry, and a small colony of crs and rcs.

Would their dietary differences' be too diverse to house together ?

I was hoping that putting them in with a similar species that spawn regularly may have a good influence on them  Very Happy

Only my largest lf male is at all aggressive and then usually only around his cave or any food he has decided is his.

Also should I get a perfect 2m 2f out of the 4 I would still like to swap my fish for a different bloodline how hard would it be to swap with someone in Adelaide ?

Off topic but whilst I have your attention will ask this as well.
I caught my largest lf in the cave with one of the girls today, hopefully 3rd batch in 3 months from him.
I had at least about 150 fry from my lf,       in recent weeks I struggle to count more than 20 at one time.
Even at feeding time.
Do they hide more than sf ?
Is their survival rate lower ?

yeah, they will be fine in they tank with those guys. The Hypans are more carnivorous than the bristlenose so you will have feed some additional protein so you will need to watch each of the different types for their diets.

If you are looking for other bloodlines then you may want to look interstate. bit more expensive but better for you in the long run. A good price for L333 in adelaide is about $50-60. There are sometimes a few people who have cheaper ones. jump on them!!

Thanks D,

I have managed to source some from Vic, The cheapest price I could get was at $100.00 each plus $20.00 delivery

$50 - $60 I would snap them up at that price.
