Why not post your info either way tadj as an article it would be great for us all to see ok,i have a breeding colony of 12 adults i have them in a 3ft tank the tank setup is i use a canisterfilter and a internal filter for flow plus a uv sterilizer, theres clay logs in there thats what they breed in and heaps of driftwood and no gravel or sand the bottom of the tank is bare, another thing is to is peps have to be 18 months to 2 years old before they will breed, make sure you feed them well on blood worms algae wafers tablets vegies and to trigger them to spawn is leave the light off on the tank and if there mature enough they will spawn mine have being breeding non stop for the last 8 months plus water is ph 6.0 to 6.5 tds 0.5 cheers | |

| I'm wanting to get our L182's to spawn and have them in a tank with a couple of caves for choice, a few endlers (have them in all our breeding tanks), box filter and double sponge filter. Tank size 24"x15"x12". We've recently added 3 indian almond leaves and added water prepared with pre-soaked almond leaves in. Would a small internal power filter help? As we know some plecs/BN's like fast water. Any suggestions would be welcome | |
