| yeah, a lot of people leave the fry in with the parents. Some do it beacuse the benifits of having that parents to help raise the kids (bacteria gut benifits, protection etc) while others do it to slow the rate of breeding as the male will take longer to breed again if he is surounded by annoying kids. I leave them in there til they are about 1.5-2 cms before i shift them to the grow out tank. that way i can tell who is what colour and has what fins for my research. | |
