| Hi,I have tried my Bn's on almost everything i can think of but they will not touch anything.I have tried peas, cucumber, potato, sweet potato, butternut squash, romain lettuce, carrot, quite a few different wafers and other things.I have tried them fresh and blanched but nope they just avoid them !! I have spent a lot of money on different wafers and flakes etc but wasted my money so now i stick to hikari wafers and tetra pro veg spirulina flakes. As that is all i can get them to eat. | |

| Maybe rubbing a bit of garlic onto the veggies you are trying to get them to eat (I know it sounds strange but I use it to get new fish to take veggies and they usually go nuts for it) | |

| As Aussie guy has said rubbing with garlic will often stimulate them to try a new food. Or you could try wedging one of the Hikari wafers into a piece of veg, having to cross the veg to get the wafer sometimes encourages them to try it.

No all that happens is the cucumber goes to mush and makes a right mess of the water.I left some in for 2 days and nights once. I will try the garlic and wafer idea thankyou. | |

| How many times are you trying the same vegetable? Sometimes they don't realize a certain food is really food until they see it a few times. I personally would choose a food, say zucchini and put a slice in each day and remove it the next. Do this for a week. They will become familiar with it and start eating it. I think we confuse them sometimes by trying too many new foods in a short period of time carol | |
