| Does any one have any ideas on the best way to sterilze a huge chunk of wood...i got it second hand,the guy had it soaking in a weelie bin for a bit but it has a bit of a "creek" smell about it...way to large to boil in any thing i have..any ideas would be great cheers greg | |

| I have never had such a large piece but I would think a car wash sprayer set on the "rinse" cycle would clean the surface. It should be hot enough to kill anything plus knock off gunk. Make sure you let it run on rinse for a bit to get out any chemicals. Also, I would not set it on the floor of the car wash. Set it on a tarp, truck bed, pallet, etc.
Perhaps someone has a horse tank to soak it in for a while. | |
