bloat or just constipation?

Well my water checks out fine,tank is kept at 76*f. Yesterday I noticed my bristlenose bloated and pooping clear with one slightly sunken eye. He is still eating so my guess would be constipation,just looking for some advice on what to do other than epsom salt which I have already added to my 40 gallon as I don't have my hospital tank atm. Almost forgot,he is kept with 2 catfish...spotted raphael and a s.a. bumblebee catfish which are both fine.



Also I'm running dual 60 gal. Aquatech hob filters,a 12 inch airstone,medium blue and natural rock substrate roughly 1/2 inch deep.

i'd try to epsom salts if bloat will help release

Since my last post i lost my longfin,gained 2 normal fins 1 male,1 female about 2 weeks after. One of which managed to get bloat aswell but i was able to save him with water changes and metro. As for the longfin...my water was as follows.

Nitrate was near 20ppm
nitrite 0ppm
Ammonia 0ppm
Gh near 150ppm
Chlorine 0ppm
ph 7.6
Filter- h.o.b aquatech 330gph with carbon filters rinsed weekly in tank water (40 gal. Tank)
Kh near 120ppm

Fed him tetraveggie algae wafers every couple days and the occassional cucumber or zuchinni roughly every week . Im thinking i caught the bloat a bit too late with the poor lf . Btw,i know i have really hard water.
