Advise on a four tank fish house.

I have nearly completed a fish house in my shed furnished with 2 x 48x12x15 tanks and 2 x 48 x 18x 15 tanks, i am aiming to try and breed catfish especially bristlenose of which i have 14 of 5 different species, My question is can i move a external filter from tank to tank to clean them out ( i have a pond solutions 1,000 litre per hour filter with UV system ). Also i acquired some fish described as LO59 but 2 are brown with orange spots and 2 are black with white spots ?? is this due to there age?? The biggest ( brown ones ) are about 7 cms long just showing bristles, the small ones are about 4.5cms long, (black ones ) Thank you for reading my query.

you can move a filter from tank to tank but they will need a dedicated filter on each tank.

The different coloured dots indicate that they are different species.
