| much the same as bristlenose, although sexing them is a bit different and based on body shape and spikes. They are a bit smaller than bristlenose too. The other thing is that they take about 18 months to mature, so if you buy fry you are in for a long wait... well worth it though! | |

| I was told they where male and female but they have slight differences in the face and the back fins, no I brought them at 7cm as a trade | |
