| Hi guys, I purchased a breeding pair of peppermints about a week or so ago. They are 'supposed' to be a proven breeding pair however over the last couple of days I have seen my male peppermint come out of his cave, find the female and chase her around everywhere in a violent matter, doesn't look like he is being too friendly. Most times she stands her ground. is this normal? | |

| Sounds very much like he is trying to attract her to his cave, boy chases girl, shows her he wants her, & then she comes & find where he lives....

| Keep updated please would love to hear if u get babies as I have 10 around 3-4 cms and have only bred common short fins  | |

| I have no good advise, but I just recalled what I saw not so far ago in LFS: 2 adult albino MALES as breeding pair!!! I guess it's politically correct now  | |

| i put a new log in the tank yesterday, a massive one with a hole all the way through it, they loved it and now the male has dug a hole in the gravel right up the back of the tank that goes underneath the log and he has been showing off to his girl all day! I have also bought another BN...couldn't help myself, a very pretty male marble | |
