| i was told this my an aquarium shop owner said hes breed thousands and it works but i look at how dirty his tank is and fish ive bought have died so im kinda taking it with a pinch of salt | |

| i would say more fiction than fact- I played with this theory and put it into practice on my first 6 batches.... it hardly made a difference at all... and bearing in mind you could ask the same question if you varied the temperature could it increase or decrease the mortality rates? I will leave you to ponder that thought | |
