| Did a bit more this evening. Connected the water supply in the garage,Fitted a t piece to the incoming pipe for the washing machine supply, and then an isolator, this then connects to the 15mm speedfit plastic pipe. Fitted the air ring main The 2 wires going downwards are for the Heaters,The thermostat can be seen on the left of the light. | |

| Looking very nice indeed. Am i right in thinking that you are not going to individually heat the tanks but have the room heated instead...??? (thermostat fitted to left of light) Or are you going to do both as once the temperature of water and the room are up to the correct temp the individual tank heaters will stay off, unless something goes wrong with the main room heating, in which case they will switch on when the room temp drops. Jon Hi mate, The room will be heated to 28/29 degrees. The thermostat controls 2 x4ft greenhouse tube heaters, they are 240w ea. some of the tanks will have small heaters in them just in case.probably 100w ea. I keep zebra plecs,l260,l134 and will have a small heater in there tank just in case All the fish that require warmer water will be at the top of the rack, cooler water fish further down the rack.s. Hope that helps | |
