| This thread is getting very close to the end now. Today i finished all the wiring and fitted all the lids to the water proof boxes. The air pump and heating and water are now all connected and operational. Moved the 2 tanks containing my 17 sponge filters from the rack in my garage into the shed, and have connected them all up to airlines. Started putting the tanks in the RH rack LH rack has 4x 36x18x10 4x 24x18x10 8x 18x12x10 so 16 tanks in there Rh rack has 2x 48x15x15,2x 24x15x15,2x 24x18x18, 5x 18x12x12. so 11 tanks on that side Total 27 tanks I am over the moon with it all so far, will be moveing my fish Good Friday. | |

I've not been hiding Sam, just lurking in the background watching. What Shimps you got Sam, just got some Cherry Reds and some Fire Reds thought I would give them a go. Been offered some Crown Mosura @ £4ea., what do you think? Nice size and markings.

| Fish room looks really good which is why I'm here.
I'm in the process of setting up my own marine fish room. I've been things about lining the inside to seal it like you've done.
How did you stick the correx? I cant find an answer anywhere.
If i read it correctly you used 75mm polystyrene covered with 25mm kingspan?
Thanks Chris | |

Thanks Chris The Correx is stuck to the Kingspan with spray contact adhesive,it is also nailed, and then all the joints were taped with gaffa tape Yes i used 75mm of polystyrene in between the wood, and then covered this with 25mm of kingspan. keeps it quite warm in there.
